Easter Day is the day which lies at the heart of the Christian faith perhaps more than any other. It is the day on which we celebrate Jesus’ resurrection from the dead and his promise that all who trust in him will similarly rise.
Our service is a celebration of Holy Communion with special prayers and joyful seasonal hymns – quite often with lots of Hallelujahs! We meet in the church at 11am, and afterwards, there’s an opportunity for children (or the young at heart of any age) to search around the church for easter eggs and to gather for refreshments.
Join us to celebrate and reflect on the wonderful good news that death is dead, love has won, and Christ has conquered!
