Can someone be saved by a sincere faith in another religion?

The twentieth question in our catechism is:
“Can someone be saved by a sincere faith in another religion?”
The answer is:
“No one can be saved by a sincere faith in another religion, since salvation is found only in the name of Jesus Christ”
